Job Description
Job Purpose:\\nThe Telecoms Engineer is responsible for assisting with the remote commissioning, and completion of call testing/integration activities to support project delivery.\\nKey Tasks:\\n * Telecom DICI Engineer\\n * Field Engineer\\n * 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Experience\\n * Installation, Commissioning Experience\\n * Assist with the remote commissioning activities on site as per assigned project(s).\\n * Complete site call testing/integration activities in accordance with project process and requirements.\\n * Perform all duties safely and to industry best practice.\\n * Assist with the completion and submission of project reports/paperwork\\n * Receive and check issued job paperwork from the office.\\n * Understand and adhere to company policies and processes.\\n * Maintain any company issued vehicles and equipment with respect and to a high standard, reporting all issues with issued vehicle and equipment in a timely manner to the appropriate persons.\\n * Identify any training requirements where relevant.\\n * Assist support staff where required.\\n * Perform non-standard works as required.\\n * Act as 3rd man on sites where necessary.\\n * Process the return of decommission equipment to company stores.\\n * Provide ad-hoc reports on technical and or field issues as necessary.\\n * Any other duties deemed appropriate by the business.\\nQualifications and Experience:\\n * No formal qualifications required\\n * Driving licence & own transport required\\n * IT qualification an advantage\\n * Must show ability and willingness to work at height (i.e. on rooftops)\\n * Willing to travel & work away from home/overnight during the week (UK Based)\\n * Lone working\\n * A previous role in IT / electronics or communications will be beneficial\\nRF, Rooftop access, Manual handling qualifications an advantage. Training will be provided
