Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to actively drive the Dark Cloud brand across Tier 1 markets: unlocking new business opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and closing successful deals.
For us, this role is not about activity for its own sake, but about a structured approach, a clear strategy, and measurable business results.
About The Team
You will be the very first Business Development Manager dedicated to Dark Cloud.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the B2B sales direction for our cybersecurity domain from the ground up.
You will represent Dark Cloud in communications with clients and partners in Tier 1 markets, where trust, deep expertise, and precision are decisive.
While you will pioneer this role, you will be supported by the broader Genesis ecosystem, allowing you to directly impact the company\'s scale and grow alongside one of the strongest BD networks in the region.
What You Will Do
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and expand our customer base across Tier 1 markets;
- Sell the company\'s cybersecurity services by clearly communicating their business value;
- Organize meetings, prepare and conduct tailored presentations suited to specific business needs;
- Negotiate commercial terms and guide clients through every stage of the sales cycle;
- Build long-term relationships with clients and partners, serving as their key point of contact for all service-related matters;
- Maintain accurate, structured CRM records and keep the sales pipeline up to date;
- Achieve growth targets and meet agreed sales goals;
- Identify and create new revenue growth opportunities;
- Develop a systematic approach to business development and propose initiatives that deliver tangible results.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development within IT services or B2B tech;
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing;
- Experience selling complex B2B services with long sales cycles where trust and expertise are critical;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and B2B sales processes;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems;
- Structured approach to work: ability to plan activities, prioritize tasks, and clearly outline next steps;
- Ability to independently build a business development strategy with a strong focus on outcomes rather than activity volume;
- Experience developing or refining a sales strategy;
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (fluent business negotiations).
- Nice To Have
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure market specifics and trends;
- Proven track record of expanding into new international markets and working with the Enterprise segment;
- An existing professional network in Tier 1 markets.
What We Offer
- Modern office with lounge areas, lunches, and snacks;
- Flexible working hours;
- Health insurance;
- 20 paid vacation days per year and unlimited sick leave;
- Provision with all necessary hardware and equipment;
- Compensation for professional training, access to an internal educational platform, and lectures;
- Corporate events and networking;
- Corporate discounts.
