Role Overview

We are looking for senior telecom professionals or industry consultants to work with Genesis as Business Development Consultants or Directors on a 100% commission-based model. This role is ideal for individuals who currently work with or have previously worked with Tier-1 or Tier-2 telecom operators, vendors, infrastructure companies, or system integrators, and maintain strong industry relationships. You will act as a brand ambassador for Genesis, leveraging your network and industry credibility to introduce our technical capabilities to telecom operators and technology partners.

Business Expectations

  • Leverage existing telecom industry relationships to introduce Genesis to Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators, vendors, and telecom ecosystem partners.

  • Help position Genesis as a trusted technical partner for telecom clients.
  • Collaborate with Genesis leadership and technical teams to structure proposals, delivery models, and commercial agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide market intelligence and industry insights.
