The Production / Project Manager will be responsible for managing all production projects end-to-end, ensuring quality standards are met, deadlines are respected, and communication between teams is seamless. This role is hands-on, operational and strategic, requiring someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee production timelines, and provide accurate delivery forecasts to the sales team using Monday.com.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact between the Production Team and the Front Office (Sales & Admin).
- Manage all active projects within Monday.com, maintaining clear timelines and priorities.
- Control and update the production calendar, ensuring realistic and accurate delivery dates.
- Provide the Sales Team with reliable production lead times (e.g. 7 days, 10 days, 30 days) before projects are confirmed.
- Once a project is sold, break it down into detailed production tasks, assigning responsibilities such as: Painting, Cutting, Finishing.
- Ensure all projects meet company quality standards (Up to Standard) before dispatch or installation.
- Support and answer questions from the Production Team regarding specifications, deadlines, and priorities.
- Prepare and organise dispatch orders, ensuring jobs are ready, labelled, and scheduled correctly.
- Coordinate production and installation schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and flag potential delays or capacity issues in advance.
- Proven experience working within the signage industry is essential.
- Previous experience as a Production Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in signage or large-format print production.
- Strong understanding of signage production processes, materials, finishes, and installation workflows.
- Experience managing multiple signage projects simultaneously, from brief to delivery.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to break down complex signage projects into clear, task-based workflows.
- Confident communicator, able to coordinate between production, sales, and installation teams.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
- High attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Woolwich Arsenal, London.
