Since 2009, we’ve partnered with our clients to develop impactful evidence across the product lifecycle to optimize market access for novel healthcare innovations and satisfy regulatory, provider, and payer evidence requirements.
The Access & Pricing team within GRG provides highly strategic market access consulting services across the life sciences sector. As part of that work, Access & Pricing leverages its Rapid Payer Response (RPR) platform to support clients in delivery of primary research insight in record times. Our consulting team drives the delivery of RPR-lead research supported by in-depth interview methodologies and secondary research to deliver detailed strategic findings to our clients.
To support the growth of our established Access and Pricing team, we are looking for an Associate Consultant / Senior Analyst / Analyst who will:
- Contribute to primary (RPR) and secondary research engagements in support of our payer, biopharmaceutical, and investment community clients.
- Work with the internal team to ensure timely, accurate, and value-added reports, developing ad hoc analysis and researching other requests.
- Be flexible – hybrid or remote, depending on location.
Accountabilities within this role:
- Synthesize relevant information (qualitative/quantitative) systematically and use sound logic.
- Differentiating between facts and opinions in the information gathered.
- Distil the essentials from a large amount of qualitative information.
- Develop deliverables that address project objectives.
- Create visually impactful slides that convey a clear story for the client.
- Formulate strategic insights and recommendations.
- Accountability for the quality of allocated work.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Accountability for managing personal timelines.
- Gather feedback from senior team members throughout the project.
- Work cooperatively and proactively within a close-knit team.
- Engage in division or company-wide activities (e.g., knowledge share and career development).
Qualifications:
- Eye for detail and self-motivated to deliver high quality work on time.
- Knowledge and understanding of P&R system and HTAs in EU5 and US.
- Experience of conducting secondary research on market access topics.
- Working knowledge of essential consulting methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Outstanding work ethic and commitment to delivering timely high quality work.
- Good analytical skills and numeric capability. Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate scientific content.
- Strong time management skills to include delivering to deadlines, managing time across projects, and proactively raising issues in a timely manner as appropriate.
- Excellent written and oral conversational and business English.
- Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel – including formulas, charts) skills, plus an understanding of how to conduct research on the Internet.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, with lots of ideas, but is also pragmatic and adaptable.
- MSc level degree in life sciences, health economics (HEOR), pharmaceutical services or similar disciplines and 2 to 3 years of experience required.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
Compensation:
- Performance-related bonus.
