A&D Specification Sales Manager – London

Based: Commutable to London

Area to be covered: London

Remuneration: Basic Salary: £65 -75k + Bonus

Office & Field Based

ROLE:

  • Responsible for specific product focus on Specialist Acoustic Panels
  • A range of project applications such as Walls / Ceilings / Tiles & Panels
  • Story tell the companies eco / sustainability story and values
  • 100% focus on managing / developing and expanding A&D client base working with top tier Architecture & Design firms
  • Working closely with Commercial Sales team who follow projects through to completion and Installation
  • Work closely with Design Team, Marketing and sales support
  • Utilising London Showroom for entertaining client interaction
  • Build a large pipeline of A&D projects
  • Working towards a significant Specification Tender Target
  • Work closely with 1 other A&D Specification manager in London

PERSON:

  • Demonstrable track record of securing Specifications with A&D Community in London
  • Working within an Interior Architectural / Aesthetic Product Market
  • Experienced working with high end products ideally with an understanding of Construction process
  • Related Interior Architecture finishes product experience such as: Interior Wall Cladding / Acoustics / Furniture / Fabric/ Ceiling Panels / Metal Ceilings / Partitions / Furniture / Flooring / Acoustic Pods
  • Contact base and understanding of Top Tier Architectural & Interior Design Practices
  • Able to manage existing clients and developing new relationships
  • Comfortable passing Specifications on to Tender Team
  • Personable / driven / positive outlook / sociable and ready to develop career
