ROLE: Manchester based A&D sales manager with responsibility for securing specifications within the busy Architecture & Design community. Focused on sales of the company's full product range including:
- Glass Partitions
- Frameless Glazing
- Low Carbon Aluminium Systems
- Fire Rated Glazing systems
- Meeting Rooms
- Architectural Glazing systems
Working across a range of end user market sectors including Workspace, Higher Education, and Healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for ‘pre construction’ securing specifications with Architects & Interior Designers. Work in conjunction with the ‘contracts’ delivery teams who will take projects from tender to completion. Utilise the support of the sales and estimating / technical support teams who will assist with technical aspects of projects and delivering quotes. Take on board incoming enquiries and take ownership of existing relationships within the territory. Utilise the team for generating new enquiries. Be a beacon for the company's reputation for high quality service and quality manufacturing.
PERSON: You will be a proven Specification / A&D Sales manager with a demonstrable track record of securing specifications with top tier A&D clients. A strong client base of A&D clients in Manchester / Leeds / Sheffield and ideally London. Experienced or has the capacity to be involved with a technical / Interior Architectural product offering such as:
- Glass Partitions
- Ceilings
- Acoustic Panels
- Interior Cladding
- Fixed Furniture
- Architectural Glazing
Capable of dealing with a large project bank of work. Crucially, you must enjoy working with and utilising the support of a team. A track record of working with a high value project pipeline. A strong relationship builder capable of dealing with clients of all levels. Enjoy working in a collaborative / team working fashion. Personable, driven, positive outlook, sociable and ready to develop your career.
