ROLE:
- Responsible for developing pipeline of projects for high end bespoke design lead flooring tile
- Targeting A&D Clients securing specifications following through to Fit Out / Main Contractors as well as End Users
- Working on projects ranging from Residential, Workplace, Retail, Automotive and other commercial sectors
- Utilise internal project management / quotation teams
- Utilise Clerkenwell showroom with events / CPD’s and entertaining
- Set up lunch and learns / opportunities to educate clients on the product range
- Develop 1st class relationships with A&D clients within your postcodes
- Share project information with London team
- 100% focus on East London Postcodes
PERSON:
- Demonstrable track record of securing Specifications with A&D Community in London
- Ideally able to manage specifications from specification to contractors
- Open on product experience: Interior finishes, hard / soft flooring, laminates, ceilings, acoustics, fabric or related interior specified products
- Experienced ideally across Commercial & Residential projects
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Track record in managing and expanding existing accounts
- Enjoy generating new relationships and educating clients on high end products
- Attending showroom / industry events / client entertaining
- Personable / driven / positive outlook / highly professional and autonomous
