Showroom Manager – (Specification Sales)

Based: Clerkenwell Showroom (5 Days per week)

Area to be covered: UK & International Projects

Remuneration: Basic: £30-35k (Negotiable Dep. on Experience) + Bonus + Benefits

ROLE:

  • Responsible to assist in the overall running of the London Clerkenwell showroom
  • Showroom duties surrounding stock, maintenance, samples
  • Ensuring Bar Area / Showroom is fully stocked and ready to entertain at short notice
  • Be a front of house point of contact for the showroom with clients
  • Assist in entertaining, networking events at within the entertaining space
  • Assist the London Specification Sales team Organising CPD’s, setting up for Presentations, Deal with emails / sample requests
  • Help with ensuring maximum success and preparation for events at the showroom
  • Daily responsibility to be based from the Clerkenwell Showroom
  • Take over a small number of A&D accounts developing sales under the stewardship of established Specification Sales Managers
  • Develop experience and client base in order to become a fully fledged External Specification Sales Manager

PERSON:

  • Currently working in Interior Design Product Lead Showroom
  • Strong understanding of how a showroom works and how to support a Sales / Specification team in order for them to achieve maximum results
  • Ideally comfortable communicating / liaising with Architects & Interior Designers
  • Must be more than comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Day to day experience of operating a showrooms preferable
  • You must have an open / communicative and positive mind set
  • High levels of work ethic, ambition and ability to work sometimes without supervision
  • Desire to progress your career in to an external Specification Sales Manager
