Job Description
Area to be covered: Manchester / North West
Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 (Depending on Experience) + 30% of Salary Private Pension & Healthcare plus 25 days hols + BH
ROLE:
- Responsible for a large range of manufactured commercial carpet tile, engineered wood, luxury vinyl tile, safety flooring and wallcovering products.
- Securing projects such as large private residential towers, housing associations, retirement living and student accommodation.
- Generating business directly via end user developers.
- Within these clients speaking to procurement, technical, design teams to ensure successful project through to delivery.
- Looking to secure one of projects alongside looking to achieve framework agreements with developers.
- Targeting residential projects including new build and refurbishment projects.
- Covering a North West territory and collaborating with the national team regarding projects outside the region.
PERSON:
- Must have a demonstrable track record in breaking down doors and generating new relationships.
- Experienced in securing relationships with national or regional developers, housing associations and/or architects & interior designers.
- Product experience with aesthetic interior building products such as: flooring, wallcoverings, wood flooring, furniture, lighting, brassware, sanitaryware, kitchen, bathrooms or related interior products.
- Ideally experience in securing framework agreements with developers for full multi-storey residential towers.
- From either a commercial or residential route to market background.
- Hungry, keen to develop, ambitious, results driven.
- Not EGO!! – Team player.
