We’re working with a leading creative retail and POS agency that partners with some of the biggest names in beauty and luxury — delivering standout in-store campaigns, displays, and marketing materials that bring brands to life. They’re looking for an experienced Account or Project Manager to join their East London studio. You’ll be the link between creative, production, and client teams — managing projects end-to-end across in-store visual merchandising, semi-permanent POS, packaging, and promotional activations.
This is a fast-paced, creative role where no two days look the same. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, and suppliers, keeping projects on track and clients informed. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on the detail but loves working within a creative, collaborative environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects across in-store POS, retail campaigns, and marketing materials for global beauty brands.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients — ensuring briefs are understood, timelines managed, and expectations met.
- Coordinating with design, production, and print partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and approvals from concept to installation.
- Supporting creative teams with briefs, artwork approvals, and production queries.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in creative project or account management within retail, POS, or marketing production.
- A strong understanding of the beauty, luxury, or lifestyle sector would be a huge bonus.
- Confident communicator with brilliant attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
- Happy to be in the East London studio 4 days a week.
You’ll be joining a down-to-earth, supportive team that genuinely loves what they do — delivering creative, high-impact work for some of the world’s best-known brands. If you’re looking to join a growing agency where you can work closely with global beauty clients and see your projects come to life in stores across the UK and Europe, we’d love to hear from you.
