Creative Account Manager - Packaging

Are you a detail-driven, creatively minded Account Manager with a passion for packaging and branding? A strategic branding and packaging design agency working with some of the most recognisable names in retail. From concept to shelf, we help brands stand out through smart, striking, and consumer-focused design. Our team is collaborative, sharp, and just the right amount of obsessive about fonts and foil finishes. The Role You’ll be the main point of contact between the client (a leading retail brand) and our internal creative and production teams. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of packaging and branding projects, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on budget, and to brief — while nurturing strong, trusting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage packaging and branding projects from brief to delivery Act as the client’s go-to person for project updates, feedback, and timelines Write and interpret creative briefs and communicate them clearly to the studio Coordinate with designers, artworkers, and production teams to ensure high-quality output Ensure critical paths and key milestones are met without compromising creativity Confidently present work to clients, taking and actioning feedback appropriately Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship About You You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in an agency account management role Solid experience managing both branding and packaging design projects Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines across FMCG or retail clients Excellent communicator — confident, organised, and collaborative A genuine passion for design, packaging, and the retail landscape Bonus points if you’ve worked with supermarket or retail own-brand ranges
