We’re working with a well established branding and packaging agency looking to add a Creative Account Manager to their Leeds team. This role sits firmly on the creative and client side of the process. It’s not a production or technical packaging role, but instead focuses on managing brand and design adaptation projects, supporting creative teams, and building strong client relationships.

You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships and helping drive projects across brand and packaging adaptation work. You’ll act as the link between clients and the creative team, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and the work stays aligned to both the brand and the strategy.
You’ll be involved in shaping briefs, guiding projects through the design process, and helping maintain momentum across multiple workstreams. The focus is on collaboration, clarity and delivery rather than technical production management.
