Responsibilities
- Perform installations, reactive repairs, and replacements on Integrity\’s commercial sites
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer\’s instructions to avoid accidents.
- Use a wide range of power and hand tools in a safe manner
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations and legislative requirements.
- Jobs will vary and cover all trades inclusive of but not limited to roofing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing etc
- Lone and team working
- Completing accurate job reports on provided electrical device
- Liaise and communicate with management and office staff in a clear manner
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and represent the Company in accordance with its core values and commercial aspirations at all times.
- Flexible with regards to working time and prepared to undertake overtime as necessary

Requirements
- Previous experience in working in commercial properties e.g. offices, retail parks, industrial sites etc
- Previous experience in working in a commercial facilities management background
- Good, clear communication skills will be required to liaise with clients and colleagues
- Experience using a multitude of trades inclusive of but not limited to roofing, carpentry, plastering, decorating, plumbing etc
- Be clean and tidy in appearance ensuring correct wear and use of all issued PPE.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing a customer care based service. This includes a customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction, in line with IFM\’s commercial objectives.
- Complex Problem Solving, identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Proven record of ability to manage time and work to deadlines ensuring high standards of work delivery is maintained.
- Quality Control Analysis, conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance to meet the needs of the Client and deliver Company objective.
Qualifications
- Full clean driving license is required
- City & Guilds is not required however is preferable
- IPAF is not required however is preferable
- First Aid qualification is not required however is preferable
Location: Birmingham – Work predominantly West Midlands but offer national coverage
Salary: £32,000.00 – £33,000.00 starting
