Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales management
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing Sales Consultants
- Strong passion for sales, customer service, and relationship-building
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to create and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong understanding of CRM and dealership sales processes
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year
