Genesis Group of Agencies is seeking an Associate Financial Consultant to join our growing Financial Planning division. This is a full-time position based in Alexandra Hill Central Region, offering an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to establish or transition into a career in financial services. As an Associate Financial Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised financial guidance to our clients whilst developing your expertise under the mentorship of experienced professionals. Key responsibilities

  • Conducting initial client consultations to understand financial goals, circumstances, and aspirations
  • Gathering and analysing financial information to develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Providing advice on savings strategies, investment options, retirement planning, and protection products
  • Presenting financial recommendations to clients in a clear, accessible manner that facilitates informed decision-making
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing support
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate client records in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with senior consultants and mentor figures to refine your knowledge and develop best practices
