Job Summary

MaxGolf Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Front Desk cum Operations Executive to manage daily operations at our flagship store in the Central Region. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front desk operations by managing customer check-in, booking, and payment processes to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Deliver friendly and professional service to all guests, fostering positive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and logistics to maintain efficient store operations and product availability.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support basic shop operations to ensure smooth daily functioning of the golf studio environment.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and orderly workplace.
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to uphold a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing operations role, preferably within retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and tools to support operational tasks and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer engagement and team collaboration.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities focused on delivering exceptional customer service outcomes.
