Genesis Employment Services Ltd – Now Hiring Trainee Window Fitters
Due to continued expansion, we are currently seeking Window Fitters to install our products across the UK.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the building industry
- CSCS card
- Ability to work on a job finish basis
- Full driving license is essential
Key Candidate Attributes:
- Good communication skills
- Strong teamworking abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to obtain a C license
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a 3-person crew, initially assisting as a 3rd man
- Full training provided, with opportunities to progress to 2nd and 1st man roles
- Start and finish times depend on site location, typically around 06:00
- Work on a job finish basis, completing the job once the product is installed
- Work schedule includes local and long-distance days
- Install PVC, aluminum, and wood products for new house builders (e.g., Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Barratts)
