The Role We are looking for a Sales Executive who shares our values and is excited to be a trusted partner to our customers. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, guiding them toward products and services that support their business needs. Success in this role is not about aggressive targets; it’s about long-term relationships, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers * Listen carefully to customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions * Act as a trusted advisor to customers, becoming their go-to contact for advice and support * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth * Work closely with our small team to share insights, collaborate, and support overall business goals * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity About You We’re looking for someone who will fit into our friendly, close-knit team and who genuinely cares about helping customers succeed. You’ll bring: * Strong communication and listening skills * A people-first approach, with the ability to build rapport easily * Integrity and honesty in how you approach sales * Experience in sales, account management, or customer service (horticulture knowledge a bonus, but not essential – we can teach you!) * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player * A genuine interest in the horticulture industry and supporting customer success Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch. This role is office based with occasional travel to visit customers. Fuel allowance paid at 45p per mile
