Role Overview

The Onsite Recruitment Consultant acts as the primary point of contact between Genesis Employment Services, our temporary workforce and our client. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of an onsite account, ensuring staffing levels are maintained, workers are fully supported and the client receives an outstanding level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, interview and register suitable candidates.
  • Complete Right to Work and compliance checks.
  • Arrange inductions and start dates.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client.
  • Build strong relationships with client managers and workers.
  • Manage attendance, welfare and performance issues.
  • Maintain compliant personnel records.
  • Monitor biometric clocking and resolve clocking exceptions.
  • Process timesheets accurately and liaise with payroll.
  • Respond to staffing requests and monitor fulfilment.
  • Track productivity and service levels where applicable.
  • Promote health and safety and report incidents.
