Genesis Employment Services Ltd Currently Recruiting for Trainee Window Fitters
Due to continued expansion we currently have vacancies for Window Fitters to fit our products on site working throughout the UK
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a 3 person crew.
- Assist the crew with the standing in and fitting of windows; start as a 3rd man with progression opportunities to 2nd and 1st man.
- Complete duties on a job finish basis; start and finish times depend on site location (typical departure around 06:00).
- Operate on a schedule that is a mix of local days near the factory and longer-range days.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Good level of communication and strong teamwork skills; ability to work on your own initiative.
- Willingness to work towards obtaining C licence.
- Knowledge of the building industry or CSCS card is advantageous but not essential; full training is provided.
- Must have a full driving licence.
Product Range and Customers
Products: PVC, Aluminium, and Wood window products fitted for new house builders. Customers include Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, and Barratts.
