My client is looking for a Baker to join there team in a bustling bakery setting. The ideal candidate will assist in the production of delicious baked goods while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities: – Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of bakery items – Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in product quality – Work within a bread plant – Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and work areas – Assist with stock rotation and inventory management – Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices – Support the Head Baker in daily tasks. Experience: – Previous experience working in a medium to high volume bakery and working within a bread plant – Knowledge of food production processes and culinary techniques – Ability to bake, cook, and prepare food items effectively – Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking – Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Full-time, Temp to perm Monday – Friday 4pm – 12am Pay: £12.90 per hour Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking * On-site parking
