Genesis CTE Ltd is seeking a Level 5 qualified Deputy Manager for our Corse Lawn residential service. You will assist the Registered Manager in delivering a high-quality, therapeutic service for children and young people and lead a skilled team to achieve positive outcomes.
The role typically runs Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with a paid on-call rota and occasional evenings, nights, weekends to meet home needs.
