- Night Shift Bakery: Sunday - Thursday, starting at 6pm, 7pm or 9pm
- Day Shift Finishing: Monday - Friday, starting at 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am or 8am
- Day Shift Packing: Monday - Friday, starting at 7am
- Day Shift Hygiene: Monday - Friday, starting at 10am or 2pm
Main areas: Bakery, Baking/Ovens, Packing, Finishing and Hygiene.
