We are currently recruiting for Bakery Staff, pay rate is £13.05 per hour (starting rate) +£1 nightshift allowance per hour. You will have the opportunity to increase the rate, as you develop and become more multi-skilled and competent across sections in the factory.

Roles Available:

  • Bakery: Our Bakery team is responsible for receiving raw materials, accurately weighing ingredients, and preparing mixes ready for production.
  • Baking / Ovens: This area is where our products are baked to perfection. Team members oversee the baking process, remove products from trays, and ensure they are cooled correctly before moving to the next stage.
  • Packing: Our Packing team wraps, labels, and boxes finished products ready for dispatch. This role requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and careful product handling to ensure every item reaches customers in excellent condition.

Salary: £13.05 per hour (starting rate) +£1 nightshift allowance per hour

Night Shift Bakery Pattern: Sunday to Thursday start time 6pm, 7pm OR 9pm

Bakery/Ovens/Machines Day Shift Finishing Pattern: Monday - Friday various start times 4am/5am/6am/7am/8am

Day Shift Packing Pattern: Monday - Friday start time 7am or 8am

Day Shift Hygiene Pattern: Monday - Friday start time 10am or 2pm
