Role Description

This is a remote freelance role for a Social-First Creator Search Specialist position. We’re looking for applicants based in the U.K., Germany or France who are willing to work on an ad-hoc basis.

The role involves taking client briefs and assisting in Creator discovery on Discovery platforms such as Sprout Social; a good understanding of social media trends and performance metrics; being able to provide clear rationale of why Creators work for the brief; aiding in creating a client-facing proposal deck; and initial outreach comms to Creators to gauge interest in working with us/clients.

This role is not client-facing and is remote.

The ideal applicant will:

  • Be able to work independently and flexibly
  • Be able to work in a professional manner
  • Be able to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Be well-versed in social-first platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Be well-versed in social media trends and how performance metrics work
  • Know how to search for Creators with micro- to mid-sized audiences, based off of a brief
  • Be able to provide a rationale of why they think proposed Creators would work for the brief/client (content style, engagement, reach, audience demographics, etc.)
  • Be proficient working in and know how to navigate Creator/Influencer Discovery platforms, such as Sprout Social or similar
