This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker and trusted client partner, ready to guide brands through the future of social ads, creator and content production.
What you’ll do:
- This is a hybrid role, balancing new business and growth, as well as leading key clients.
- Proactively source, qualify and convert new business opportunities, leading discovery, pitches and proposals to win new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Drive growth and retention across our enterprise client base by building long-term, trusted partnerships with senior marketing leaders and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Define commercial approaches for ongoing social content arrangements, translating client needs into proposals, converting them to long-term partnerships.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic input, platform insights, and content best practices to deliver impactful creative and campaigns that perform.
- Manage full project lifecycles - from scoping, client briefing and creative strategy, through production, and delivery.
- Collaborate with our creative network to ensure we’re delivering impactful creative and campaigns that perform.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across the business, surface growth opportunities, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, creative production, or digital media.
- 10+ years experience in an agency, brand, or media/social platform environment.
- Demonstrated experience selling social and digital content solutions, ideally including ongoing or program-based arrangements (always-on, scaled production, and creator/influencer programs).
- A deep understanding of social and digital content best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to foster and grow client relationships at senior levels to build and grow long-term client relationships.
- Strong demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted senior relationships, lead consultative discovery and influence stakeholders through to commercial agreement.
- Confidence in translating strategy into commercial packaging: scopes, pricing, proposals and SoWs, in partnerships with internal teams.
- Fluent English is mandatory. Other European languages desirable.
