Reports to: Managing Director, EMEA

Genero is a creative production platform that connects brands with a global network of independent creative businesses, professional creatives and social creators. Our creative delivery system combines tech, talent and service to help in-house marketing teams produce social and digital content at speed and scale.

We’re a global, founder-led business with offices in London, New York, São Paulo, Singapore, Sydney and Melbourne. We’re on an ambitious growth trajectory in EMEA and this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and expand your remit in a company operating at the intersection of creativity, technology and media.

This is a senior new-business role with a clear mandate: build pipeline and win enterprise clients across Europe’s social, creator and content production space, and grow our partnerships with platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and Amazon.

You’ll carry an ambitious new-business target and work alongside the MD, EMEA and Genero’s global commercial leadership to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This is not an account management or post-sale relationship role, although your remit will include collaborating with our client service team to identify, pitch and convert opportunities within our existing client base.

You’re a credible strategic partner to senior marketers in large Enterprises, with the experience and knowledge to comfortably discuss creative production, commercial structure, and platform dynamics.

  • Self-generate pipeline through proactive outbound, network activation and platform partnerships — own the new logo acquisition for EMEA.
  • Structure and negotiate ongoing commercial models — always-on retainers, scaled production programs, and creator/influencer arrangements.
  • Land-and-expand: drive measurable spend growth within recently-won enterprise accounts during their first 12 months as Genero clients.
  • Support our account management team to identify and sell ongoing social, creator and content production solutions into existing and lapsed clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our global teams to evolve our commercial model and solution for ongoing social, creator and content production contracts.

The role offers flexible hybrid working, combining remote work with in-person collaboration with our London-based team.

10+ years experience in a creative or social agency, brand, production studio, or social platform environment, with a track record of winning new business and growing enterprise accounts.

  • Demonstrated experience selling social and digital content solutions, ideally including ongoing or program based arrangements (always-on, scaled production, and creator/influencer programs).
  • Strong commercial confidence: structuring scopes, pricing, proposals and SoWs alongside internal teams.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management — confident operating with senior marketing, social and content leaders within enterprise organisations.
  • A deep understanding of social, creator and digital content best practices.
  • Practical fluency with the modern AI-enabled sales stack, using AI for research, prospecting, outbound, pipeline operations and CRM workflow automation. Bonus if you've actively shaped how a BD function uses these tools.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, creative production or digital media.
