- Raise the bar across our properties by spotting gaps in guest reviews, audits and team feedback, and driving improvement plans, renovation priorities and best-practice sharing with our General Managers.
- Assess new development opportunities against our Ideal Development Prototype, flagging gaps, risks and required adaptations early to guide investment decisions.
- Keep a sharp eye on budgets with Finance and Procurement, weighing the true cost of every choice and reporting clearly on quality, projects and risks.
This isn’t an exhaustive list. Other reasonable duties may come up along the way.
