We’re searching for a motivated and hands‑on Digital Marketing Executive to help drive the performance and growth of Generator’s digital channels across our global portfolio.
Based at our Central London Head Office, you’ll play a key role in bringing our digital strategy to life – helping optimise our website, strengthen our search visibility, support digital campaigns and CRM activity, and turn data and insights into better guest journeys and stronger commercial performance.

- NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Manage and optimise the Generator website as a core digital channel, ensuring all hotel and F&B content is accurate, engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand and commercial priorities.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance across website traffic, engagement and conversion, using insights to identify opportunities to improve guest journeys and booking performance.
- Support and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and content improvements to strengthen organic visibility.
- Contribute to the development of our SEO and website strategy, bringing ideas and insights based on performance data, customer behaviour and evolving search trends.
- Support wider digital marketing campaigns across paid media, CRM and other digital channels, ensuring activity is effectively executed, tracked and optimised.
- Support CRM and email marketing activity, including campaign execution, audience targeting and optimisation of landing pages and customer journeys.
- Act as a key point of contact for external digital, web and technology partners, supporting the implementation of new tools, features and integrations.
- Ensure tracking, tagging and data flows are correctly implemented to support campaign measurement, reporting and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with agencies to implement technical SEO recommendations and monitor overall website health.
- Champion digital excellence and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, supporting the delivery and continuous evolution of the digital roadmap.
- Keep up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen Generator’s digital presence and performance.
- Your Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, e Commerce or website-focused role, either in‑house or agency‑side.
- A good understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape, with hands‑on experience across areas such as websites, SEO, CRM, email marketing and digital campaigns.
- Strong exposure to SEO and website content management, with an understanding of how content, structure and user experience impact search and commercial performance.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and confidence managing and updating website content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- An understanding of digital campaign measurement, tracking and performance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how website content is structured.
- A proactive and curious mindset, with the confidence to bring forward ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Highly organised, with strong follow‑through, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and enthusiasm for keeping up with changing consumer behaviours, platforms and technology.
