We’re searching for a motivated and hands‑on Group Operations Support Manager to help shape the guest experience across our Generator and Freehand properties. Based at our Central London Head Office (with plenty of travel across Europe), this role connects our hotels and HQ—driving consistency, efficiency, and standout hospitality standards across the group.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on‑site operational audits across all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, etc.) to ensure brand and legislative compliance.
- Evaluate operational performance and partner with General Managers to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver on‑site and virtual coaching and training to develop Heads of Department and hotel teams, focusing on service excellence, efficiency and brand culture.
- Support new General Managers and HODs during onboarding and transition periods.
- Liaise between hotel teams and Head Office functions (HR, Marketing, Revenue, etc.) to ensure alignment and communication flow.
- Assist in the implementation of new operational initiatives, systems and procedures across the group.
- Monitor operational KPIs and guest satisfaction results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Share best practices across the portfolio and contribute to the development of SOPs and training materials.
- Champion sustainability, efficiency and quality initiatives within the properties.
- Support crisis or issue management situations as needed.
Qualifications
- Multi‑site operational experience in hotels, ideally at Hotel Operations Manager level or above.
- Strong experience across both Rooms and F&B operations.
- Excellent auditing, analytical and communication skills.
- A confident coach and people developer with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Highly organised with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
- Flexible to travel weekly across Europe (typically 2–4 days on‑site per week).
- Fluent in English – other European languages an advantage.
