We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our People team at Generator.
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding employee experience, ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and providing first-class support to managers and employees across the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Based at our London Head Office and reporting to the HR Director, you'll support the day-to-day delivery of the People function across the full employee lifecycle.
Working closely with managers, employees and external partners, you'll coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, learning and development, employee engagement, HR systems and compliance, ensuring our people processes are delivered professionally, accurately and efficiently.
No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to develop their career within HR.
- NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to offer, including advertising, candidate sourcing, agency liaison and interview coordination.
- Complete pre-employment checks including right to work verification, references, background screening and visa administration where applicable.
- Prepare contracts of employment, offer letters and associated employment documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, induction schedules and HR system administration.
- Support probation, performance review and employee lifecycle processes.
- Administer learning and development activities, including mandatory training and Learning Management System administration.
- Coordinate employee benefits and support the monthly Head Office payroll process.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, employee records and people reporting.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, employee surveys and internal communications.
- Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, escalating matters where appropriate.
- Coordinate the end-to-end offboarding process, including exit administration and payroll notifications.

- YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working within an HR, People or Talent function.
- Experience coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A good understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice would be advantageous.
- Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Harri HR, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as MAPA (Flow), would be advantageous.
