NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a professional and well-organised workplace.
- Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, stock ordering and workplace services.
- Provide high-level executive support to the C-Suite team.
- Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meetings and expenses for senior leaders.
- Support HR administration, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Act as a key liaison between employees, senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure key actions and deadlines are tracked.
- Help create a positive employee experience through effective office management and team support.

- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar operational support role.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executive-level leaders.
- Strong background in diary management, travel coordination and meeting organisation.
- Proven experience managing office operations, suppliers and workplace services.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR administration or general people operations support (desirable).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
