ABOUT GENERATOR LONDON
Generator London is a short stroll from Covent Garden,Regents Park and the British Museum. When crafting this hostel we redesignedthis old police station to reflect the city’s street life. Local reclaimedtimber, exposed brickwork and hot-rolled black steel give the hostel anindustrial feel. Bold graphics, vibrant patterns and famous British culturalicons combine to capture London's cosmopolitan vibe. Make sure you catch theclassic red bus that’s parked next to our bar’s dance floor every night. Don’tbe late, London’s calling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Take ownership of the guest journey to ensurethat you continuously raise the bar and create a truly unique Generatorexperience
- Know your guests and have a passion forindependent travel and the road less travelled
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering outstandingcustomer service
- Be part of agreat team within your department that get Generator and want to be themselves
- Monitor oursocial spaces, lighting, sound and temperature, to make sure they embody theGenerator brand and culture at all times
- Know your city,its cafés, bars and restaurants, its art, its music
- Ensure youcomply with all company policies you have been trained on, which include FireTraining and Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
- BeResponsible for all cash handling whilst you are on duty
- Correctlyadminister the Close of Shift procedures every shift with 100% accuracy andconsistency

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Experienced within a front office hospitalityenvironment
- Experienced working with a PropertyManagement System
- Flexible with regards to shifts available per week (mixture of morningand evening shifts)
