Senior Software Engineer

Our startup client is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help transform healthcare through AI, improving documentation accuracy and reducing inefficiencies. This is a chance to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

You will:

• Develop across the stack, with a focus on backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS, while also working with PostgreSQL, React, and Python.
• Build and implement scalable, cloud-native systems using GCP and Kubernetes.
• Work closely with ML Engineers to integrate foundation models into production systems.
• Ensure code quality and system reliability while meeting healthcare regulations and security requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with a mix of start-up/scale-up and larger company environments.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) and managing databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Interest in AI/ML model deployment, with experience integrating ML models into production systems.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in healthcare or medical technology.
