We are approaching our second year in business and have real momentum, after hiring our first trainees close to 6 months ago, who have done extremely well. We are now looking to bring in our future top billers and leaders.
We split our business development, account management and delivery so although due to scarcity of talent an element of your role will be talking to candidates and headhunting, the majority of the role will be client-focused, winning new business and developing existing accounts. You will be supported by our fantastic team in Cape Town when it comes to sourcing new talent for clients.
As such we are looking for people that can demonstrate strong relationship building skills, influencing skills, tenacity and resilience. You must be comfortable with using the phone and in-person meetings as there will be an expectation to be on site with customers and attending industry events and meet-ups.
Ideally you will be a graduate with some sales experience, or a clear track record of being successful in a professional sales environment. Our customers are moving fast and expect us to keep up, as such this is an extremely fast-paced role and you will have to get used to juggling lots of processes quickly and working with urgency.

We work from our central Guildford office, just a 5 minute walk from the station so easy to reach by public transport or car. We expect people to be in the office at least 3 days a week (definitely Monday & Friday), although during probation you will be in 5 days a week for training and most importantly to learn directly from the team and to give you the best opportunity to be successful.
We offer 28 days holiday and commission of up to 30% of everything you bill personally. Plus an LTIP scheme open to everyone to benefit from the future success of the business.
