Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical Bias) Chesterfield - Full-time | Permanent - £50,000£55,000 DOE The Role Were recruiting an electrically biased Maintenance Supervisor for a leading manufacturing business in Chesterfield. Youll oversee all maintenance activity across the site ensuring machinery, equipment and facilities run safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll guide the maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement across plant reliability. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and develop the maintenance team Ensure 100% compliance with planned preventive maintenance schedules Respond quickly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, contractors and CMMS records
