We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team.   • Plan, coordinate, scheduling transportation routes for vehicles, booking slots for deliveries, using various IT systems.
  • Checking & Authorising invoices.
  • Maintaining our EPOD system, ensuring hauliers are in compliance with the correct processes.
  • Assisting the transport department with day-to-day tasks.
  • Ensuring driver paperwork is up to date and issued correctly.
  • Liaise with suppliers and sales team regarding transportation requirements and schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other departments to resolve transportation issues or delays.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries related to delivery times, schedules, or complaints.
  • Troubleshoot problems and find quick resolutions to avoid disruption in transportation.
  • Prepare regular reports on transportation metrics such as delivery times, costs, and efficiency.
