We are recruiting an experienced Welder Fabricator for a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in the Mansfield area. This is a hands-on role working within a busy fabrication workshop, producing high-quality welded components to customer and production specifications. The starting rate is £16 per hour, with the opportunity to increase to £18 per hour based on skill level, experience and welding capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld components to technical drawings and specifications
- Carry out MIG/TIG welding to a high standard (depending on skill set)
- Operate workshop machinery, tools and fabrication equipment
- Measure, cut, assemble and finish metalwork accurately
- Work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow all health and safety regulations
