Generations People are currently recruiting for Warehouse & FLT Operatives to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Chesterfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence who are looking for stable, long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
- Transporting stock and materials throughout the warehouse
- Supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations
- Manual handling duties as required
- General warehouse housekeeping
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- Assisting with any other warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and positive approach to work
