Time Commitment: One full day (9am–4pm) between 17–25 September

About the Opportunity

Generation Success is excited to host Open Your Doors Day 2025, a nationwide movement giving young people the chance to step inside leading organisations, discover career pathways, and connect with inspiring professionals.

We are seeking enthusiastic Door Opener Volunteers to play a key role in welcoming and supporting participants at our partner organisations, which include:

  • House of Commons Parliamentary
  • Goldman Sachs
  • Mishcon de Reya
  • AlixPartners
  • SAP
  • Natilik
  • The Telegraph
  • …and many more.

What You’ll Do as a Door Opener

  • Welcome and support young participants throughout the event
  • Share your journey, insights, and encouragement to inspire future leaders
  • Facilitate introductions and help participants feel included and confident
  • Network and engage with candidates, employers, and fellow volunteers
  • Be part of a nationwide movement driving inclusion and equal opportunity

  • Open to students, professionals, and community members who want to make a difference
  • Friendly, approachable, and encouraging
  • Available to volunteer in-person in the UK during the event week (September 17–25)
