Generate Solar EV is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Gas Engineer with Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) expertise to supervise, manage, and grow our heat pump division. This is a key leadership role for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to shape an important side of a fast-growing renewable energy business.
Location: Based at Headstocks Industrial Park, Watnall, Nottingham.
The Role:
- Installation, supervision, and oversight of Air Source Heat Pump projects
- Lead and develop this side of the business
- Ensure high standards of compliance, safety, and workmanship
- Work closely with management to support business growth
Qualifications:
- Confident supervising jobs and running projects
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Recognised heat pump qualification
- F-Gas
- Strong technical and supervisory experience
