For our Regional Office in London, we are looking for a Global Health & Disability Program Manager who plays a strategic role in shaping and delivering REDION’s global approach to health, wellbeing, and disability programs. This role connects prevention, health management, and disability outcomes across our network, combining data-driven insight, program design, and client advisory to improve employee health, reduce cost drivers, and strengthen early intervention and return-to-work outcomes.

Principal accountabilities (non-exhaustive list):

  • Data Analytics & Insight Generation
    • Analyse claims data (health and disability) to identify trends, cost drivers, and intervention opportunities.
    • Leverage dashboards and analytics tools to generate actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Translate data into clear recommendations and action plans for program optimisation.
    • Track programme effectiveness through KPIs and outcome measurements.
    • Collaborate with the wider Global Analytics & Marketing Department to provide support for dashboard reporting, innovative reporting tools, client communications, and thought leadership information.
  • Solutions Strategy
    • Design and develop global health, wellbeing, and disability program frameworks across the network.
    • Ensure solutions integrate prevention, early intervention, and return-to-work approaches.
    • Monitor alignment of local solutions with local market practices, insurer capabilities, and client needs.
    • Identify and promote innovative solutions (local insurer programs, digital tools, vendor partnerships, prevention programs).
  • Insurer Network & Ecosystem Engagement
    • Collaborate with local insurers across 60+ markets to assess and enhance health and disability practices.
    • Map and evaluate prevention, rehabilitation, and return-to-work solutions across countries.
    • Build and manage a network of health and disability champions to share best practices.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers where relevant.
  • Client Advisory & Commercial Support
    • Partner with multinational clients to interpret claims experience and address key cost drivers.
    • Provide guidance on local and global capabilities to support benefits design and access to care optimisation.
    • Support client workshops, presentations, and training sessions.
    • Contribute to business development through insights, case studies, and thought leadership.
  • Commercial Strategy & Thought Leadership
    • Represent the Network at industry events and speaking engagements.
    • Support the integration of health and disability programmes into REDION’s global commercial offering.
    • Contribute to strategic messaging, marketing content, and client propositions.
    • Promote the use of analytics and evidence-based storytelling to strengthen client engagement.
  • Reporting, Governance & Performance
    • Define and monitor KPIs to measure programme success and impact.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders and clients.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards.
    • Support continuous improvement through feedback and performance reviews.

Desirable skills, qualifications & background:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in employee benefits, employee health and wellness, and/or a medical/disability insurance company, broker/consultancy, multinational employer, or wellness technology vendor.
  • Master level degree in a related field (e.g. Public Health, Health Economics, Insurance).
  • Knowledge of functions, systems, and processes related to medical/health insurance.
  • Strong understanding of health management, prevention, and return-to-work strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear stories and actions.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Strong experience in creating and delivering commercial presentations.
  • Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to successfully cooperate with various stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented and problem-solving stakeholder, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in multinational or matrix environments.
  • Experience living/working in other countries highly recommended.
  • Fluent in English (with strong communication capabilities); any other European language would be considered an asset.
