We specialise in full and part-load transport between Ireland and Great Britain, operating an extensive fleet of modern tractor units and over 150 curtainsider and box van trailers.
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated HGV Trailer Mechanic to join our team at our fully equipped Ballyclare workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PSV checks and safety inspections
- Perform HGV trailer maintenance and repairs, including brake overhauls, curtain repairs, minor welding/fabrication, and electrical work
- Proactively carry out preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the fleet
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and guidelines
- Complete accurate records of vehicle condition and work carried out
- Participate in additional training when required
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Competent in the use of general hand and power tools
- Full, valid driving licence
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organised
- Good command of the English language
- Candidates from any mechanical or coachbuilding background will be considered
