Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm (flexibility available for the right candidate)

We provide a first-class service to a diverse range of industries, specialising in full and part-load transport between Ireland and UK. Our operations are supported by an extensive fleet of modern tractor units and trailers. Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our team at our Ballyclare office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly employee reports for payroll processing
  • Monitor the accounts receivable ledger to ensure payments are received and accurately recorded
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers regarding billing queries and provide account statements as required
  • Post and reconcile supplier invoices and statements
  • Perform creditor statement reconciliations
  • Liaise with creditors on an ongoing basis
  • Assist with the day-to-day administration of a busy office

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or credit control
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using accounting software (e.g. Sage)
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
