Located in Bristol and just minutes away from the RV/MH Hall of Fame, our Inspection Facility serves as a check point where new units are received from manufacturers to undergo inspection and rigorous testing before continuing on to General RV dealerships. SUMMARY The PDI Associate Lead\’s essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to; train and be proficient in multiple operating positions. The roles will lead on the in-station adjustments, minor repairs, and warranty complaint recording through the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) production process. Responsibilities Always focus on solutions and demonstrate the ability to resolve conflicts Record quality records with a computer and electronic tablet using CAMP software Stay up-to-date with production processes and training needs Hold associates accountable by explaining issues that arise and correcting behaviors Complete daily tasks and ensure that you are meeting the schedule for the day Qualifications Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner Ability to organize duties and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Ability to operate electronics to complete assigned tasks Reliable and strong work ethic Encourage associates to talk openly and share new ideas PERKS General RV offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, paid vacations and a 401k with company matching.
