Salary: $37.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants

Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel

Area of specialization: Condominiums

Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Large caseload
