Work Well supports people across Northamptonshire to overcome health‑related barriers and move towards employment through joined‑up health, community and coaching support.
We’re recruiting 2 Work & Health Coaches (full‑time hours, but part time considered) to empower individuals, build confidence and create practical plans for sustainable work and wellbeing. One couch will be based across North Northamptonshire and one couch will be based in the Towcester, Brackley, Roade and Bugbrooke area (Rural East and South Northamptonshire).
