General Practice Alliance is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead our GP-led federation representing more than 30 practices across Northamptonshire. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of primary care, driving innovation, collaboration and sustainable growth while delivering meaningful benefits for patients, practices and communities.
As CEO, you will provide visible, accountable leadership across the organisation, working closely with our Board, Senior Leadership Team, member practices and system partners. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving organisational improvement, championing digital transformation, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring GPA remains financially sustainable and operationally effective.
We’re looking for a leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery, build strong partnerships, navigate complexity, and inspire people through change.
