We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Chief of Staff. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, partnering with the Chief Executive and supporting the next phase of the GPhC's development as we strengthen organisational effectiveness, delivery and performance.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive & Registrar, you will act as a trusted adviser and strategic partner, helping to ensure that strategy, governance, performance and delivery are effectively aligned. Working closely with the Chair, Council and Executive Team, you will support organisational effectiveness, strengthen decision-making and help translate strategic ambition into meaningful outcomes.
The successful applicant will:
